Contact us
Write to contact@nimailabs.com. A person reads every message and replies by email. Tell us which device you use (iPhone, Android or browser) and what you were trying to do.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. It deletes your account, your projects and your files; it is not a deactivation. If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the email address of the account.
Not receiving notifications?
Check that notifications are allowed for NIMAI Labs in your phone's settings and that no Focus or Do Not Disturb mode is on. Then go to Settings → Notifications and tap “Send test notification”.
Report content or a user
Every video in Discovery has a report button, and when you report one you can also block its author. You can also write to us with a link to what you want us to review.
